How can I join Club Kidits?

Collect points and exchange them with the Bone promotions and free services that offer.

It is fast and easy: simply create a user account on our website Kidits.uk, enter your personal information, and we will send your bone point card with your first purchase home.

You can participate the bone Kidits action points:

- with your first purchase, by becoming a member of Club Kidits you can start collecting bone points.

- when a friend has recommended Kidits to you, with your first purchase you can start saving bone points.

- if you recommended Kidits to your friends, you can get 5 bone points for every euro your friend spent, for a whole year.

- you can also get points through special promotions offered by Kidits

How can I obtain Bone Points?

Accumulating Bone Points is very easy. You can get them through your purchases on Kidits:

Card and profile user: For each euro spent on each purchase, you will get a profit of 5 bone points until a maximum of 100 bone points per purchase. Remember to have logged in with your user card.

Besides, we will offer you regular promotions in order for you to have even more advantages.

How can I know how many points I have?

You can check your Bone Points in three different ways:

Via Internet. Check now your points balance from your Account.

Once you are in, you will see your points and we will let you know what gifs or discounts you can exchange them for, as well as we will inform you of your remaining points which you can use to exchange them for your first Kidits gift.

Besides, every time you place an order, we will show you the points you are gaining with every purchase.

Is there a deadline for using the bone points?

Yes. From 1 January 2012, you will have three years to use the points. However, if you don't buy anything in two years or you not use your points, all points you have collected will expire.

In Kidits we worry so much about our environment as about your safety and that of your loved ones. That's why, behind of each of our gifts, and for those who may require it, there's always the manufacturer garantee, since we make sure that every product meets all the legal requirements in force.

In the web side of Bone Points of Kidits you will find all the offers, promotions and gifts available at each time, that we have chose thinking about you and your pet.

In case the stocks of our gifts are exhausted, your gift will be replaced for another with similar characteristics or it can be removed.

How long will the Bone Points programme last?

The Bone Points Programme is established indefinitely, withouth expiration date.

The Bone Points you get can be exchanged for gifts in the current catalog.

Furthermore, Kidits reserves the right to put the programme on hold and/or modify its rules and regulations. The changes must be submitted:

In a proper written way.
Through banner advertising in the web site of Kidits.

What happens to my points if my card is stolen or I lose it?

If you lose your Club Kidits card, please contact Kidits as soon as possible. Email to clubkidits@kidits.uk or call +0034 93 702 32 01. We will block the card as soon as possible for you.

The bone points you collected so far will not be lost. We will send a new card as soon as possible. If you received it, you must contact Kidits and we'll connect your new account to the previous one.

Can I collect points with multiple cards to get more points?

No, you can only use the points you have on your card, this is personal and not transferable.

Can I cancel my membership at Club Kidits?

You can cancel your membership at any time, without any obligation.

As with the registration, the cancellation at Club Kidits is completely FREE.

If you want to cancel, then you only need to send an e-mail to cancel@kidits.uk, if possible with a short explanation and we will promptly proceed to cancel.

Note: You will lose all the points you have accumulated up to that point. You can not restore points in case you want to re-enroll in the future.

What should I know about Club Kidits?

The points program is associated with a personal ID card, the points are not transferable.For every dollar you spend on Kidits.uk, you receive 5 bone points.

Special situations

If you change your card, you lost it or it’s stolen, don't worry about your points. They will be safely saved in Kidits.

However, Kidits reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify his rules and conditions. Kidits agrees to notify changes properly through the regular ways of communication with customers.
